Bunny Vs Monkey : The Impossible Pig is released TODAY!
Also: live events, book tokens, BBC 500 Words contest
Hi everyone!
The eighth book in the Bunny Vs Monkey series is released today, and it’s a doozy! Filled with explosions, fart jokes, cute animals falling over, and a vaguely metaphysical sci-fi plot, it’s brightly coloured comic fun for all ages!
I really hope you enjoy it, I’m very fond of this book. It’s available everywhere, although if you buy from Waterstones there’s a good chance they’ll have a signed copy, and if you buy from an independent bookstore they might have some of the exclusive signed prints and bookplates (do check with them for availability!)
ALSO, in case you haven’t seen, there’s a Bunny Vs Monkey book token available in bookstores now! I was super honoured to be asked to design this, and it turned out looking great. You can put any amount of money on a book token and keep refilling it too, so it’s an amazing gift!
Lastly, I have a week of live events ahead of me, which is pretty unusual for me. On Saturday I’m on stage with the brilliant Neill Cameron running a comics extravaganza for 350-ish people. Then on Wednesday I’m in Birmingham Waterstones to sign the new BVM, Thursday in Liverpool, Saturday in Bluewater and Sunday in Brighton. All those live dates I’ve just listed are sold out except Birmingham and Liverpool, I believe, check out Waterstones live events if you want to bag tickets.
If you can’t make any of these I should be doing a couple more live events in Kent in January and February, I’ll let you know when I have more details.
OH! I almost forgot. The BBC 500 Words contest is running again this year, where children send in stories and a handful of illustrators draw them up, and I’m one of the illustrators! So if you have any budding authors in your house do check it out, and maybe I’ll be drawing their winning entry.

Right okay I think that’s everything. Thank you!
